1. Nationwide Listings is a For-Sale-By-Owner advertising company that
is not a real estate broker. The advertising program involves
pooling advertising resources with those of other advertisers to
maximize exposure to potential buyers.
2. Nationwide Listings guarantees to advertise my property until sold. Nationwide Listings assumes my property sells within six-months,
unless I advise Nationwide Listings to the contrary, prior to the expiration date of
six months. Upon written notification, Nationwide Listings will renew my advertisement at company expense.
3. Nationwide Listings will refund my advertising fee if my property is
sold any other way within 10% of my original asking price upon proof

punitive or exemplary or otherwise, that result from the use of, or
